Here is a bald eagle in Banff. There are 2 bald eagles that stay in Banff year round. We did see the next and saw a baby eagle in the nest.

Playing a round of golf at Banff Springs can be an adventure. Elk frequently get in the way during a round here.

Hot Springs

This is a hot spring in Banff. A quick story about this specific spring. It was used by people for years to soak in, until it was realized there are actually very tiny animals (I think snails) that live in the pool and can't be found anywhere else in the world. I think it's been with-in the last 20-25 years that this was realized.
